1. Acceptance and scope

  1. 01This website is operated by Zhejiang Yuansuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yuansuan"). These Terms form the general agreement between you and Yuansuan concerning access to and use of yuansuan.com.
  2. 02The website introduces Yuansuan, its technology platform, products, solutions, engineering cases, and inquiry channels. It does not replace a formal commercial contract, technical agreement, or acceptance document.
  3. 03If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the relevant website functions.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

  1. 01You may reasonably access, view, and cite public content to understand Yuansuan, evaluate cooperation, and conduct legitimate business communication.
  2. 02Without written authorization, you may not scrape at scale, copy, mirror, adapt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, use content for misleading promotion, or use the website unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
  3. 03You may not interfere with operations, probe non-public systems, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or submit false, unlawful, or infringing information.

  1. 01Submitting an inquiry, booking a demonstration, or generating pilot suggestions indicates interest in further discussion only and does not create an offer, commitment, purchase, or service relationship.
  2. 02You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful, and appropriately authorized. Do not send state secrets, trade secrets, sensitive personal information, or unauthorized engineering data through public forms.
  3. 03We may decide whether to respond or arrange discussions based on fit, resources, security and compliance, and commercial judgment.

5. Pilots and formal services

  1. 01The object, boundary, inputs, product capability, environment, deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, fees, and intellectual property for a pilot must be confirmed in specific documents.
  2. 02Pilot-start plans, recommendation paths, maturity scores, and similar website-generated materials are for preliminary discussion and are not engineering conclusions, professional certification, design approval, or safety decisions.
  3. 03Customers retain applicable rights in models, data, documents, and engineering assets they provide. Yuansuan processes them only within customer authorization and agreed terms.

6. Intellectual property

  1. 01Text, layouts, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, technical materials, and other website content are owned by Yuansuan or their lawful rights holders.
  2. 02Except for reasonable use permitted by law, content may not be copied, distributed, adapted, rented, sold, sublicensed, or used to create competing products or services without written authorization.
  3. 03References to third-party names, marks, products, or materials do not transfer rights or grant additional licenses.
