1. Scope and operator

  1. 01This Policy applies when you visit yuansuan.com or its localized pages, submit an Engineering AI pilot inquiry, book a demonstration, apply for a role online, or communicate with Yuansuan through the website.
  2. 02The website is operated by Zhejiang Yuansuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yuansuan"). For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact contact@yuansuan.com.
  3. 03Processing of engineering data, models, load cases, reports, and knowledge assets in customer projects is governed by separately agreed contracts, confidentiality agreements, data-processing terms, and customer authorization.

2. Information we collect

  1. 01Information you provide: name, company or organization, contact details, engineering problem description, and pilot requirements; for online job applications, this also includes the role, resume, and any additional note you choose to provide.
  2. 02Business communication records: meeting requests, discussion outcomes, follow-up status, pilot preparation information, and agreed next actions.
  3. 03Operational and security information: access time, referral and UTM attribution, basic browser or device information, IP address, and coarse country, region, or city inferred by a trusted gateway or the server's local IP geolocation database, page engagement and scroll depth, website performance metrics, logs, and anomaly records. IP geolocation does not represent a visitor's precise location. We process this information only as needed for operations, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate analysis.
  4. 04Do not submit state secrets, trade secrets, sensitive personal information, or customer engineering data without authorization through public forms. Use a mutually agreed secure channel where such information is necessary.

3. Why and how we use information

  1. 01To identify and respond to inquiries, arrange product demonstrations, assess pilots, conduct technical discussions, and provide follow-up services; and to receive, assess, and communicate about job applications.
  2. 02To generate pilot suggestions, preparation lists, task boundaries, or shareable pilot-start materials based on goals you provide.
  3. 03To maintain inquiry records, assign follow-up owners, improve website content and service workflows, and prevent abuse, attacks, and security risks.
  4. 04To perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the lawful interests of Yuansuan, customers, partners, and the public.
  5. 05If we intend to use information for a materially unrelated purpose, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.

4. Cookies, local storage, and automation

  1. 01The website does not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated marketing profiles and does not use third-party advertising trackers.
  2. 02Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice. Only after you actively allow anonymous analytics do we create an anonymous session identifier in session storage and retain the first landing page, source attribution, and interaction state.
  3. 03With consent, our first-party endpoint records page views, button and filter interactions, engagement and scroll depth, Web Vitals, basic device and browser information, and a coarse location inferred by the server from the IP address. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy control in the lower-left corner. We then stop sending new analytics events and clear analytics session and attribution data from the browser. Servers, networks, and security facilities may still create logs strictly necessary for operation and security.

5. Processors, sharing, and transfers

  1. 01We may engage cloud, website operations, notification, customer-relationship, or security providers to process necessary information within documented instructions and contractual safeguards.
  2. 02To route an inquiry to the Yuansuan business team, we may use WeCom, Feishu, email, CRM, or internal automation systems for notification and follow-up.
  3. 03We do not share personal information with unrelated third parties except with authorization, as necessary to perform a contract, to comply with law, or where otherwise lawfully permitted.
  4. 04We do not sell personal information. If a merger, reorganization, or asset transfer involves personal information, we will provide legally required notice and require the recipient to remain bound by applicable obligations.

6. Retention and storage location

  1. 01We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary. General business inquiry and recruitment application records are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless contracts, finance, disputes, or law require otherwise.
  2. 02After the retention period, information will be deleted or anonymized. Where immediate deletion is technically infeasible, processing will be restricted to storage and necessary security protection.
  3. 03Personal information collected through operations in mainland China is generally stored in China. If an overseas transfer becomes necessary, we will complete applicable procedures and provide additional notice.

7. Your rights

  1. 01Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent-based processing, or request an explanation of our processing rules.
  2. 02Send requests to contact@yuansuan.com. To protect information, we may verify your identity and the scope of the request.
  3. 03We will respond within the period required by law or a reasonable period. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

8. Security and incident response

  1. 01We use risk-appropriate access controls, permission separation, transmission protection, logging, backup and recovery, and personnel measures.
  2. 02If personal information is or may be leaked, altered, or lost, we will take remedial action and provide legally required notifications and reports.
  3. 03No internet environment is absolutely secure. Protect your devices, email accounts, and communication credentials, and avoid sending important materials through unauthorized channels.

9. Children

  1. 01The website is intended for enterprises and engineering professionals and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
  2. 02If you believe a child provided personal information without guardian consent, contact us and we will verify and handle the matter as required by law.

  1. 01We may update this Policy as website functions, processing activities, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or through another appropriate channel.
